Q. Will the foam length supplied be long enough to go around my pet's neck? Yes, each size has been individually assessed as to what lengths to supply. There will be more length supplied than you actually need. Check out the Fitting Instructions.

Q. What if the measurement taken is in between sizes? Always size up if measurement is in between sizes.

Q. Can I wash theMINDER® dog recovery collar? Yes, just remove pet's everyday collar and velcro straps first, then you can wash sock and foam collar individually in warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry naturally before placing back on your pet.

Q. Can I choose the colour of theMINDER®️ At this stage, to keep costs down, we are limited to suppliers overruns. Once sales volumes increase we will look at ordering a uniform colour for all socks.

Sizes are based on the length of the pets nose plus 10mm.

To get the correct size, measure the distance from just below the eyes to the tip of the nose (in mm) then add 10mm to that measurement.If measurement is in between sizes, always choose the next size up.

eg.  If your pets nose length (from eyes to tip of the nose) is 70mm then add 10mm = 80mm total, choose the 80mm option.

If pets nose length is 60mm + add 10mm = 70mm total, choose the 80mm option.

XS -   (40mm diameter) 

S -     (50mm diameter)

M -    (60mm diameter)

L -     (80mm diameter)

XL -   (100mm diameter)

XXL-  (120mm diameter)

Always monitor your pet to ensure theMINDER® is worn correctly, as some pets, when determined, may be able to manoeuvre or remove any collar.

Our mission is to offer an alternative to the dreaded plastic e-collar. The recovery period for both pets and their owners is very stressful and the addition of the e-collar just makes the situation worse. Hopefully, one day, Veterinary Practices will choose to send your pet home wearing theMINDER® dog recovery collar as part of your pets recovery process.
