Shipping policy


We are a Melbourne based company and use Australia Post for our deliveries. For shipment updates please use the tracking number provided in your shipped confirmation email or contact your local postal service with your tracking number.

By accepting our terms and conditions upon placing an order, you agree that theMINDER is not responsible for any delays that may occur with your delivery. As we use Australia Post we cannot cancel orders once shipped and we take no responsibility for missing, stolen or undelivered goods. 

If your delivery address was provided incorrectly, and not the fault of theMINDER any additional costs incurred to us will be passed on to the purchaser.

Shipping within Australia is with Australia Post.

For returns and exchanges -  you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, also,  please include a prepaid Australia Post satchel for your exchange to be returned. If no prepaid satchel is included a refund will be processed for you to re-order. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We are a small business, please allow 1-2 business days for your orders to be dispatched.
